Procedure

Phase A—Combine Phase A ingredients into main vessel with propeller mixing (200-400 rpm). Mix until fully uniform. Phase B—Add Phase B ingredient to Phase A with continuous mixing. Phase C—Add Phase C ingredients in formula order to Phase AB until fully uniform and evenly dispersed. Phase D—Combine Phase D ingredients in a separate vessel and add to Phase ABC with continuous mixing. Phase E—Add Phase E ingredients in formula order to Phase ABCD. Mix until well blended and evenly dispersed. Titrate with citric acid (10%) until pH is in range. Transfer into final container.
